Former Oregon high school student files 400k lawsuit against school district for failing to help with bullying issues A former Beaverton High School student has filed a $400,000 lawsuit against the school district saying it failed to protect her from bullying. In the lawsuit filed Monday, Ana Bautista says she was regularly bullied by another student at the Oregon school. The suit says in November of 2015 she was beaten by another student in the locker room before her physical education class. According to the lawsuit other students watched the attack which happened in front of the teacher's office window.
