The day before Joe Biden was slated to be sworn in as the 46th president of the United States under the tightest inaugural security in the nation’s history, a Polk County sheriff’s deputy was arrested for written threats the deputy allegedly made relating to the violence that occurred Jan. 6 at the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C., according to the Sheriff's Office.
