Elizabeth Noble Winesett Horry County Schools teacher charged with DUI An Horry County Schools teacher was charged this week for driving under the influence in Georgetown County. Elizabeth Noble Winesett, 44, of Murrells Inlet was booked at 6:17 a.m. Wednesday at the Georgetown County Detention Center, charged with driving under suspension, license not suspended for DUI, first offense, and with driving under the influence, first offense. Winesett is a sixth-grade science teacher at St. James Middle School. She was released Wednesday at 11:34 a.m. on $1,649.50 bond.
