Culver City teacher arrested on sexual assault charges A former teacher at a Los Angeles all-girls school was arrested Wednesday and accused of sexually assaulting one of her students between 2005 and 2007. Elizabeth “Beth” Brewer, 39, has been charged with several felony charges by the Los Angeles District Attorney, according to a Culver City Police Department press release. Brewer was a teacher at the private, Catholic high school Notre Dame Academy. The alleged victim is believed to have been one of Brewer’s students while she taught there.
