Easthampton begins crafting new police-school memorandum after turbulent year Members of the School Committee and Police Chief Robert Alberti have begun crafting a new police-school "memorandum of understanding" to replace an outdated document that is required by law. Alberti and the three-member policy subcommittee exchanged information Thursday night in a meeting also attended by Superintendent Nancy Follansbee and School Committee member Cynthia Kwiecinksi. Subcommittee members Peter Gunn, Marissa Carrere and Sarah Hunter said they felt the meeting was productive.
