Investigator: No evidence of child abuse by Daphne school teacher An official with the Baldwin County District Attorney's Office has a very clear message following reports that a Daphne Elementary School P.E. teacher is being investigated for child sexual abuse. "At this point, we don't have any information that points to a crime occurring," says Matt Simpson, a prosecutor with the DA's office who oversees investigations into child sex crimes.
