    A Department of Corrections teacher who had sex with a convicted murderer and got knocked up twice has quietly resolved her case. Chong-Hwa Chang, 42, of Delran, admitted in journals to having sex more than 20 times with convicted killer Rashid Walker who fathered two of her children, prosecutors said at her bail hearing in February. The trysts occurred while Chang was employed at New Jersey State Prison.     A state prison teacher who authorities say had sex with an inmate 20 times was accepted into the courts' pretrial intervention program in August, the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said Monday.
