    Last summer, as the 14-year-old girl sat on the couch in her mother’s Janesville home, a 37-year-old man next to her started “massaging” her lower back. The man then held her hands above her head so she could not move as he rubbed his clothed private parts up and down against hers. She said she froze in fear. She told police she felt attacked, according to the criminal complaint. The man was no stranger. He was the girl’s stepfather.
