WFMY: Former Teacher [Deborah Tipton] Gets 18 Years In Prison For Child Porn (Sept 18 2013) Judge Martin Reidinger also sentenced the man Tipton sent to the video to, Chadwick Hamby, to a little over four years in prison ... Hamby, the school's former principal, pleaded guilty in August 2012 to a child pornography charge. He hasn't been sentenced. A warrant alleged that Hamby "asked for, received and viewed two video recordings" of a child exposing her genitalia. Authorities said Hamby received the images of the girl from Tipton.
