    A former San Bernardino sheriff’s deputy is under investigation in connection for using too much force to arrest a suspected looter, and then allegedly stealing items from that store himself. Erdem Gorgulu, 46, of San Bernardino, was placed on paid administrative leave on June 3, just two days after the incident at a Big 5 Sporting Goods store, 2150 E. Highland Ave., in San Bernardino.
