Godwin High School was arraigned in Henrico County Circuit Court this morning on two counts of aggravated sexual battery that authorities said occurred nearly three decades ago when the accused and the victim were juveniles. Anthony Crowder, 40, who listed his residence as Essex County, was arrested at the western Henrico school Tuesday after being indicted by a grand jury. The two offenses for which Crowder was charged occurred between June 1, 1986 and July 13, 1988, according to the indictment. He was 12 in 1986; the victim was 13 or younger.
