Former middle school teacher pleads guilty to 'surveilling' charge A former New Buffalo Middle School teacher pleaded guilty on Tuesday, Jan. 27, to using his cell phone to take photos underneath students’ skirts, in exchange for having three other felony charges dismissed. Aaron Badger, 37, of Bridgman, entered his plea in Berrien County Trial Court before Judge Arthur Cotter. He remains free on bond and will return to court for sentencing March 2. ... The remaining charge carries a maximum two-year prison sentence. In addition, Badger will have to register as a sex offender, and has agreed to give up his teaching license, Smith said. ... The Herald-Palladium of St. Joseph reports 37-year-old Aaron Badger was sentenced Monday.
