    A closer look at drug testing of school staffers

    When the investigation into two Webster County middle school teachers went public recently, the allegations were shocking. Among the charges handed out so far by the Kentucky State Police are offenses involving illegal drug trafficking, with one of the teachers being accused of distributing illegal drugs on school property. And the arrest warrant for social studies teacher Jason West, 36, Newburgh, Indiana, documents an alleged conversation between him and a second social studies teacher, Lucia Jenkins, 48, Providence.
