John Michalke said that Paul Tocco, 43, of Macomb Township resident was charged for operating while intoxicated and possession of analogues after being stopped while driving a 2005 Dodge Durango at 2:50 a.m. “He was weaving on 22 Mile Road near Heydenreich in Macomb Township. This caused the officer to make a traffic stop. He made the stop at 21 and Card (roads),” Michalke said. After failing a field sobriety test, Tocco registered a .12 on a preliminary breath test, above the state maximum level of .08.
