    Paul Tocco, 43, teacher & coach at Dakota High School, Chippewa Valley Schools, Macomb, Michigan, "charged for operating while intoxicated and possession of analogues"

    Dakota High School teacher, Coach Paul Tocco, 43, was arrested Sept. 20 for operating while intoxicated. Macomb County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Lt. John Michalke said ... “He was weaving on 22 Mile Road near Heydenreich in Macomb Township. This caused the officer to make a traffic stop. He made the stop at 21 and Card,” Michalke said. Michalke said that Tocco was in possession of 56 hydrocodone tablets. Michalke said that Tocco indicated the medication belonged to someone else.

    Dakota teacher, coach faces pair of charges

    Macomb County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Lt. John Michalke said that Paul Tocco, 43, of Macomb Township resident was charged for operating while intoxicated and possession of analogues after being stopped while driving a 2005 Dodge Durango at 2:50 a.m. “He was weaving on 22 Mile Road near Heydenreich in Macomb Township. This caused the officer to make a traffic stop. He made the stop at 21 and Card (roads),” Michalke said. After failing a field sobriety test, Tocco registered a .12 on a preliminary breath test, above the state maximum level of .08. Michalke said that Tocco was in possession of 56 hydrocodone tablets, a painkiller, and indicated the medication belonged to someone else.
