Justin Leon Kehr, 39, is serving a prison sentence in Littleton, Colo., on unrelated charges, said Detective Christopher Ford. The York County District Attorney's Office is working to have Kehr extradited to York County before his Oct. 14 release date, he added. Ford said the department received a tip May 22 through ChildLine that the girl had been assaulted multiple times at the old Menchey Music location at 2598 Eastern Blvd. while she received music lessons.
