Kirkpatrick is charged with five counts of criminal sexual penetration and five counts of kidnapping. Police said Kirkpatrick and her ex-husband, Richard Glascoe, sexually assaulted several foster children in their care while living in Clovis from 2003 to 2006. Glascoe was convicted in 2007, but new evidence found last week prompted a warrent for Kirkpatrick.

He also was convicted of three second-degree counts criminal sexual contact of a child under 13, Ninth Judicial District Attorney Matthew Chandler said. The charges stem from three separate incidents that occurred when the victims were in the custody of Glascoe, a registered foster parent, Chandler said. In December 2006, a 7-year-old girl reported to her parents Glascoe forced her to have sex with him while she was in his care. Police learned during their investigation that Glascoe forced another 7-year-old girl to watch adult films while he sexually assaulted her, Chandler said. That victim had been in Glascoe's care from February 2005 to April 2006. Police also discovered that a third girl, also 7, was sexually assaulted in a similar manner, Chandler said. She lived in the Glascoe home between July 2003 and February 2005. Medical examinations conducted on the children revealed extensive injuries to the victims, which corroborated the victims' allegations, Chandler said. The report was turned over to the Clovis Police Department, and an investigation was initiated by Detective Randy Pitcock of the Clovis Police Department's Special Operation Unit. With the cooperation of Children, Youth and Families Division, Detective Pitcock began interviewing every other child that was ever placed in the foster care of Glascoe. Through the investigation, it was learned that another seven-year-old girl was placed in foster care with Glascoe from February 2005 to April 2006, and Glascoe forced her watch adult films while he sexually assaulted her. Shortly thereafter it was also learned that a third seven-ear-old female was living in the Glascoe home between the months of July of 2003 and February of 2005, and the defendant sexually assaulted in a similar fashion.
