Guy L. Sandy, 52, of 401 N. French Drive faces two counts of unauthorized videotaping for allegedly placing a cell phone in a faculty bathroom on March 19. One count alleges a victim was under 18 and that carries a possible five-year prison term. The other count doesn’t allege an age and has a maximum of a three-year prison term.
