On March 24, 2011, the Principal and teachers at WesternValleyMiddle School, located at 6500 W. Durango, learned that a teacher’s aid at the school had sent a picture of her breasts to some of the male students. The Phoenix Police Department was contacted and officers responded to the scene. In addition, detectives from the Crimes Against Children Unit responded and assumed the investigation.

During the course of the investigation, it was learned that the teacher’s aid, Ms. Gabriela Compton had engaged in sexual acts with two students, a 14-year-old male and a 13-year-old male. She was taken into custody at her home. Ms. Compton admitted her involvement in the incidents. She was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on the listed charges.

On Thursday, the principal and teachers at Western Valley Middle School near 63rd Avenue and Durango Street learned that Gabriela Antoinette Compton had sent a picture of her breasts to some of the male students, according to Sgt. Tommy Thompson. The pictures ended up circulating around the school and a female student who saw the photos told school officials. Police were contacted, and officers arrived at the school with detectives from the Crimes Against Children Unit, Thompson said. Detectives found out during the investigation that Compton had engaged in sexual acts with two students, a 14-year-old male and a 13-year-old male, Thompson said. Compton was arrested at her home near 67th Avenue and Van Buren Street and admitted that she was involved in the incidents, Thompson said. That student told police that he and Compton also had exchanged cell phone numbers and began sending each other sexual photos of each other. The student told police that he and the other victim showed each other the photos of their naked teacher's aide. In on such sext, Compton told the boy that she wanted to "rub his cock." He replied by telling the teacher's aide that he wanted to grab her breasts. Compton apparently picked the boy up at a Burger King and took him to two different malls, where she bought him a pair of shoes and two shirts. While driving to the mall, the boy grabbed Compton's breasts -- and she smiled. Compton asked the boy if he wanted to have sex, and told him that they could do it "for his birthday," which was coming up.
