Man arrested after flashing children at Woodward Park, police say

A man was arrested after exposing himself to a group of children at Woodward Park Wednesday afternoon, according to the Fresno Police Department. Police say a local school was on a field trip when one of the teachers took her students to the restroom. While students and the teacher were in the restroom, investigators say 24-year-old Eduardo Tzaput walked into the women’s restroom and exposed himself to the group.
