The teacher and victim allegedly met several times at the tide flats in Northeast Tacoma and would kiss in her car, according to the report. On one occasion, a police officer shined his light into the car and told them they had to leave, the report said. In September 2011, they allegedly had sexual intercourse for the first time at his home, then the next evening at the tide flats, according to charging documents. They continued to meet in his high school classroom and at local parking lots to kiss in the car.Charging documents say the teacher and victim had sex at her home when her parents were out of town in October 2011, and again in February 2012 while her parents were at work.In October 2011, Godbolt chaperoned the Todd Beamer homecoming dance so that he could see the victim dressed in her formal attire, according to the report. After the dance, the two met at the tide flats and were again caught kissing by a police officer who told them to leave, according to the report.
