Downs Blvd. in his black Hyundai. The deputy said Plein weaved in and out of his lane several times before he was pulled over near Amberly Drive. Plein had glassy eyes, slurred speech and the odor of alcohol was coming from him, according to the deputy. Once out of the car, the deputy wrote in the report that Plein "had a sway about his stance" and "exhibited multiple signs of impairment" as he performed field-sobriety tests. He also registered 0.185 and 0.186 on breathalyzer tests ... During a search of his car, marijuana was found in a plastic bag in the car's center console, along with a glass pipe, the report showed.
