WSFCam: Monday Update (July 9 2012) A woman who worked as an aide at Southern Middle School last year has been indicted by a local grand jury on four counts of rape. 34-year-old Christy A. Wilson, of Somerset, is charged with two counts of second degree rape for allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old male. Wilson also faces two counts of third degree rape for allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse in 2010 with a male less than 16 years of age, and then engaging in sexual intercourse with a male over 16 in 2011.
Lex 18: Former Pulaski County Schools Aide Faces Sex Charges (July 12 2012) A grand jury in Pulaski County indicted a former Pulaski County Schools aide on charges she had sex with an underage boy. Police arrested Christy Wilson, 33, of Somerset, and charged her with rape.

Counts 1 and 2 of the indictment charges that Wilson committed the offense of second-degree rape by engaging in sexual intercourse “on or about the summer of 2009” with a 14-year-old male. Count 3 of the indictment charges that Wilson committed the offense of third-degree rape by engaging in sexual intercourse “on or about summer of 2010” with the same male listed in Count 1, who was less than 16 years of age. Count 4 charges that Wilson committed the offense of third-degree rape by engaging in sexual intercourse with the same victim “on or about summer of 2011.” The victim was 16 and Wilson was “a person in position of authority or position of special trust” when Count 4 allegedly occurred.
WKYT: Former teacher's aide admits to sex with teen (Sept 7 2012) Wilson pleaded guilty to 3rd degree rape. “What did you do that makes you guilty of this offense?” Judge David Tapp asked Wilson during the court hearing Friday morning. “I had sexual relations with a minor,” Wilson said in admitting to the crime. Court records show that the relationship started when the boy was 14 in 2009..and it lasted 3 years until the victims’ family found out about it and contacted Kentucky State police. “He (the victim) was a student at Southern Middle School. And during the time he was a student, she was a teacher’s aide,” said Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Jeremy Bartley. Christy Wilson, 34, appeared in Pulaski Circuit Court Friday before Judge David A. Tapp and pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree rape, a Class D felony.
