Billy Spruill said.Caryn Millan, 36, was a substitute teacher at Monahans-Wicket-Pyote ISD. It’s unknown how long she worked for the district ... She was arrested by Deputy Dominguez for a Ward County warrant at 8:23 p.m. March 1, according to arrest logs. The charge against Millan is "an improper relationship between educator and student," which is a felony, according to the Texas Penal Code. Spruill said the investigation is ongoing and he could not release any more information.
