    Teachers union lawsuit says Bristol-Warren schools lack required state inspections

    A Superior Court judge on Friday declined to issue a restraining order requested by the Bristol-Warren teachers union to stop the in-person return to school on Monday. Judge Melissa Long said she recognizes teacher concerns and that it is a stressful time. But she said it would be a hardship for families planning to send children to school if they are closed and noted more than 70% of Bristol-Warren parents want kids in school.
