Reagan Hawkins (3155 Greenwillow, Port Neches, Texas), 35 (born 3 Nov 1975), teacher and debate coach at Nederland High School, Nederland ISD, Nederland, Texas, "sexual assault of a child and improper relationship between an educator and student" Port Arthur News: Former teacher charged with improper relationship with student (July 11 2011) The mother of alleged victim alerted police that her daughter had had an inappropriate relationship with a Nederland High School educator beginning in either December 2009 or January 2010 when the student was 14 years of age. The student, now 16 years of age, told investigators she had sexual intercourse with an educator at least three times at the high school and they performed oral sex on each other at the high school and in the state of Oklahoma, according to the probable cause affidavit. Two other students gave statements to investigators alleging the victim had confided in them about her relationship with the educator. Two other students told investigators the girl confided in them about the relationship. Hawkins, who lives in an adjacent city, denied any wrongdoing when he was interviewed. An arrest warrant was issued, though Bush said he expected Hawkins to turn himself in. Hawkins is a former teacher and debate team coach at Nederland High, and is past president of the Nederland Teachers Association.

i went to that school and he worked when i was their, i always felt weird around him.. never talked to the guy or anything.. he just acted kind of strange
