No one disciplined or dismissed in Wellsville Wellsville Superintendent Richard Bereschik said no one from the school has been disciplined, dismissed or charged during the past five years for sexual harassment violations. The sexual harassment policy at the school prohibits sexual conduct or relationships with any students with any adult affiliated with the school –a teacher, coach, administrator or other school authority. Additionally, the policy prohibits the remarks about sexual activities, sexual history; unwelcome comments about anyone’s body, dress, appearance; any suggestive photos or recordings; and any inappropriate touching, patting, pinching or obscene gestures.
