    Some Albany police reforms could take years to implement, Mayor Kathy Sheehan says

    The city says enacting some suggestions from its Police Reform and Reinvention Collaborative will require changes to the police department over the next year to 18 months. Other large-scale changes the collaborative suggested likely won’t be put in place for three years or more, according to the plan.
