After months of teasing, a New Rochelle High School librarian reportedly showed up at a 16-year-old student’s home in April, pushed him onto his bed and asked “Is this what you want?” as she started to pull down his sweatpants. “I thought she wanted to give me oral sex and maybe have intercourse,” he told police in a sworn statement. “I didn’t want to, so I pushed her off me.” Marisa Anton, 33, of Yonkers later texted him two pictures of her breasts before begging to come over again ... Police seized her iPhone and a CVS bag that contained condoms with a receipt, the report said. They later executed a search warrant at her home, seizing three computers. Police obtained surveillance video that they said showed her entering CVS and buying the condoms.​

A high school librarian who was busted in May for pursuing a student for sex by bombarding him with cell phone photos of her bare breasts is expected to be sentenced Feb. 26 to three years' probation for endangering the welfare of a child. Marisa Anton "burst into tears" last year when she turned up at the 16-year-old's house thinking she was going to sleep with the teen - only to be detained by officers. The 33-year-old, a staffer at New Rochelle High School in New York, also exchanged explicit text messages saying exactly what she was wanted to do with her alleged victim. She reportedly talked about "slaughtering" him sexually, begged him for intercourse and turned up at his home where she pushed him onto his bed and pulled down his trousers.​

Marisa Anton, who was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, allegedly went to the boy's house in April, "pushed him onto his bed and asked 'Is this what you want?' as she started to pull down his sweatpants." ... They also exchanged photographs—the boy says he sent her a photograph of a penis he found on the Internet while Anton apparently sent him a photograph of her breasts.

New details have emerged in the case of Marisa Anton, a former high school librarian in New Rochelle, N.Y., who pleaded guilty in January to endangering the welfare of a child after a police sting operation caught her looking for sex at a student's house last May ... However, police documents recently obtained by The Journal News' LoHud.com revealed startling details of encounters between Anton and the underage student. It now appears the police sting that busted the librarian wasn't the first time she had attempted to lure the student into sexual intercourse. In one such encounter, Anton arranged to meet the minor at his house, then pushed him on a bed and began to pull down his pants. The student told police he refused because he was "nervous" and claimed Anton later sent him photos of her breasts and requested to meet again.​

 

So 3 yrs probation after several failed attempts to lure this teen onto a sexual encounter. That's the problem you got to score for it to count as crime. Unreal, I guess the little mouse and cat game this kid played makes him own some degree of responsibility in this case....not that some poor innocent 16 yr old female would ever think of that as her abuser gets 3-5 for winking. A crime is a crime is a crime.
