    Parents, teachers who derail 100 percent transition to face jail terms, says Magoha

    School principals and even parents who fail to admit last year’s Kenya Certificate of Primary Education candidates to Form One risk jail terms, Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha has warned. The CS spoke yesterday at Chemelil in Muhoroni where he presided over Constituency Education Day to reward best performing students. He said the government was ready to implement the 100 per cent transition even if it means children learning under trees.
