Kelsey J. Hartmann has not been formally charged, but her booking report indicates she was arrested at 5771 Endicott Road by Huber Heights Police on a charge of Sexual Battery on a Minor. This reporter was not able to verify the above address with county tax records. It is, however, close to the Canal Lock Park, a historical site along the Miami-Erie Canal.... Hartmann owns a home on Rambler Drive in Centerville, Ohio. Her husband, TJ Hartmann, is the drummer for Los Angeles based band Needmore. The band has achieved national recognition and has toured with artists such as Train, John Legend and Gym Class Heroes. They recently attended the AMA awards in Los Angeles. He is also listed as a staff member of the Centerville High School Band in Centerville, Ohio.
