Former Chester County Teacher Charged With Possession, Distribution Of Child Pornography According to the criminal complaint, agents conducting an undercover investigation into the online sharing, downloading and distribution of child pornography found several files of interest being made available for download through a peer-to-peer network. The computer’s IP address was later found to be serving Fortunato’s residence in Lancaster. On April 17, agents searched his home and seized a computer and external hard drive.
