North Jersey: Wood-Ridge softball coach charged with sexual assault (May 10 2012) According to the prosecutor's office, [Jillian] Clementi [Cooper] was charged with one count of sexual assault in the second degree and one count of endangering the welfare of a child in the second degree. Bail was set by Judge Kenneth J. Slomienski, J.S.C. for Clementi at $50,000 with no 10-percent option and no contact with the victim. Clementi posted bail and was released pending her first court appearance, according to the prosecutor's office.
