Lake Elsinore-Wildomar Patch said:

A substitute teacher at Temescal Canyon High School who allegedly had sex with a minor was out on bail today, pending the filing of charges in the case. Faysal Hill, 34, was taken into custody last month by detectives from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station, following the service of a search warrant at his home, 22874 Canyon Lake Drive North, in Canyon Lake, officials said. He was released on $5,000 bail and was ordered back to court Jan. 12. However, charges have not been filed in the case.
