    The two principals who were criminally charged in the Stamford High School teacher-student sex case will be fired, pending a school board vote, and a high-level district administrator will resign, the superintendent's office announced Tuesday evening. Former Principal Donna Valentine and former Assistant Principal Roth Nordin will be fired, pending a vote of the Board of Education. Assistant Superintendent Michael Fernandes is the most senior administrator to be disciplined. He will resign from his post, superintendent Winifred Hamilton's statement said.     A principal has been fired for her role in covering up the sexual relationship between a student and his teacher. The Board of Education in Stamford voted 8-0 to terminate Donna Valentine. Valentine and the assistant principal, Roth Nordin, were arrested in October 2014 for not reporting the inappropriate sexual relationship between English teacher Danielle Watkins, 32, and a 17-year-old male student.
