San Diego Union Tribune said:

Danika Garcia, 32, was arrested by San Diego police on Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. near a CVS Pharmacy in North Park, according to the police report. Officers found Garcia in possession of 3.55 grams of the drug, police Detective Gary Hassen said.

10 News said:

Danika Garcia, 32, was arrested on November 10 in North Park after San Diego police said they found her in possession of more than 3.5 grams of meth. After spending 12 hours in jail, the Castle Park High School biology teacher bailed out and then went back to work without notifying the school of her arrest. 10News learned Garcia continued to teach her classes for a week until the San Diego County District Attorney's Office contacted Sweetwater Union High School District officials on November 22 and informed them of her arrest.
