West Haven mom pleads for state task force to recommend more police reform

A West Haven mother made an emotional plea Thursday calling for a new state task force to recommend more police reform. Robby Talbot struggled with mental illness. His struggle ended inside a New Haven prison. "I heard my son gulp out his last words: 'I can't breathe,'" said his mother Colleen Lord. Talbot's mother Thursday told a police accountability task force about the day her son died.
