Charles David Beaver, 58, of Manchester is accused of trying to purchase a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy for sex. In an online conversation with an undercover detective posing as a pimp the suspect indicated that he wanted to engage in a sexual act with the boys, police said.
