On March 11, 2011, at 4:56 p.m., Merrimack Police responded to a residence on Baboosic Lake Rd for a reported disturbance in progress. Upon the officers’ arrival, they made contact with the parties involved, one of which was identified as Cassandra Beauchesne ... Beauchesne was subsequently arrested by police and charged with Simple Assault and 2 counts of Second Degree Assault.

Cassandra Beauchesne, 28, of 38 Hawthorne Drive, Bedford, pleaded guilty in Merrimack’s district court to breach of bail conditions this week in exchange for prosecutors dropping a criminal mischief charge, according to Merrimack Police Capt. Michael Doudash ... Doudash said the latest plea agreement also requires Beauchesne to complete 50 hours of community service, pay restitution and have no contact with the family member for the next year.
